Booking Deposit

$250 payable upon booking to confirm large functions – Fully refundable if guest numbers approximate booking, no damage beyond normal wear & tear, no disruptive behaviour, no unpaid charges.

Private Hire Fee

$100 charge for large functions in a private area to cover consumables.

Security

Large functions incur security charges - $200 per guard, payable in advance.

Music and Entertainment

If entertainment, a band or DJ are required, this can be booked for you – payable in advance, at cost.

Food Options

Party platters include Mixed ($59) or Seafood ($75) savouries; Sandwiches ($40); baked snacks - mince pies, potato tops, sausage roll ($40); cheeses/fruits/nuts/crackers ($70). Super Party Mix ($65) combines mixed/seafood/baked treats, BBQs are available (suitable for 20 guests or less). $10pp – BBQ Menus can be designed to meet most budgets & preferences.

Bar Tabs

Bar tabs can be set up & managed to meet each function’s requirements. From limited to open bar, fully complementary to subsidised. The necessary information is provided to guests while implementing your choices & limits.

PLEASE NOTE: The Sale of Liquor Act prohibits persons under the age of 18 from being on the premises Mon-Fri & must be accompanied & supervised by their parent or legal guardian Sat & Sun. We cannot allow any exceptions.
